Washington, D.C. (Dec. 11, 2014)—Today, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Rep. Maxine Waters, Ranking Member of the House Financial Services Committee, and Rep. Gwen Moore led 26 Members requesting that the Inspector General of the Federal Housing Finance Agency review Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s oversight of companies contracted to maintain foreclosed properties.
